I noticed you asked for a critic on the forum so I'll give my own short one:

Composition is fine for the most part. Space, rhythm, variety, lines, etc... are fine, really like how the tree sorta surround your characters in a way.

The biggest problem I'm seeing with your art is that the character on the left gets drowned by the background and you miss important details as a result because the eyes get pushed to the right, and I think the culprit is the colors.

To be clear, I think it's a really good choice of colors, works pretty well together, hint of red breaking the blue-greenish tones is a nice touch, but the problem mostly comes with the colors of character on the left, her wings and hair color are too close the blue tone of the background and any sort of focus is lost. I didn't realized they were the same characters until I noticed the dress hidden underneath the wing.

That being said, even if you don't notice that the characters are meant to be the same, the spectator should get the general idea you were trying to convey nonetheless.
So overall, it's pretty good.

And on a personal note, bird girl so that's a plus for me.

thank you so much for giving me some critique!!! you make some good points, I definitely could've made the REAL bird girl stand out more. I think some other people got confused because of it 🤔 and it makes sense that was why!
